Basic Things You Should Know To Speed Your Payments.

After familiarizing yourself with our payment procedures and requirements, adhere to these guidelines to expedite the processing of your payments.

Payment Terms

Applicable to: All Affiliates

Affiefly operates on a monthly payment basis with all advertisers. Payment for confirmed work is sent during the last week of the following month. For instance, work completed in January 2024 will be validated by April 20, 2022, and paid out in the last week of April 2024. Any pending sales will be included in the subsequent payment cycle.

Threshold

For Indian Affiliates

Affiefly works on a default threshold of Rs. 1,000 in approved commissions. All Indian publishers are paid via NEFT/RTGS (Bank Transfer) only.

For International Affiliates (Non Indian)

The threshold for international publishers is USD 100. Payments between USD 100 & USD 999 are sent via Tipalti only. All payments over USD 1,000 are sent via International Wire Transfer only. Bank charges will be levied extra as actual subject to a maximum of USD 50. For all payments via Wire Transfer, an invoice is mandatory.

Validation Process

Applicable to: All Affiliates

Numbers for the previous month are confirmed by the last day of the current month. For example, work completed in January 2024 will be validated by April 20, 2024, and payments will be processed during the last week of April 2024.

Invoice Guidelines

Applicable to: Indian Affiliates Charging Tax & All International Affiliates

1. Invoice should be in favor of Affiefly Private Limited.

2. Invoice should clearly mention your company name.

3. Invoice should clearly mention your affiliate ID with Affiefly (If you don’t know your affiliate ID, please get in touch with your affiliate manager).

4. Invoice should clearly mention the month of activity.

5 .Invoice should have offer-wise split of payout and quantity (You can confirm this with your affiliate manager on a monthly basis before the invoice is raised).

6. For Indian publishers: Invoice should clearly mention PAN #, GST Number # & NEFT / RTGS Information.

7. Indian publishers will receive payment only after the hard copy of the invoice is received.

8. For International publishers: Invoice should contain your wire details in the following format:

  • Beneficiary name:
  • Beneficiary address:
  • Bank name:
  • Bank address:
  • Swift:
  • Account number / IBAN:

9. All International Affiliates raise an invoice to: Affiefly Digital Media Pte Ltd.
