Advertiser Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between advertisers ("Advertisers") and AffieFly ("AffieFly" or "Platform") regarding the running of campaigns on the AffieFly platform. By using the AffieFly platform, Advertisers agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Campaign Management:

• Advertisers are responsible for creating and managing their campaigns on the AffieFly platform.
• Advertisers must ensure that all campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Payment Terms:

• Advertisers agree to pay all valid conversion amounts within the payment term specified by AffieFly.
• Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between AffieFly and the Advertiser.

3. Valid Conversions:

• Advertisers are responsible for determining the validity of conversions generated through their campaigns on the AffieFly platform.
• AffieFly reserves the right to verify the validity of conversions and may reject any conversions deemed fraudulent or invalid.

4. Payment Disputes:

• In the event of a dispute regarding the validity of conversions or payment amounts, Advertisers agree to cooperate with AffieFly to resolve the issue promptly.
• AffieFly's determination regarding the validity of conversions and payment amounts shall be final and binding.

5. Late Payments:

• Advertisers acknowledge that late payments may result in suspension or termination of their account on the AffieFly platform.
• AffieFly reserves the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Account Suspension/Termination:

• AffieFly reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Advertiser's account for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by AffieFly.
• In the event of account suspension or termination, Advertisers remain liable for any outstanding payment obligations.

7. Indemnification:

• Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold AffieFly harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Advertiser's use of the AffieFly platform.

8. Modification of Terms:

• AffieFly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Advertisers are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any updates or changes.
• Advertisers acknowledge that AffieFly has the power to change these Terms at its discretion.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

By using the AffieFly platform, Advertisers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account suspension or termination, as well as other legal remedies available to AffieFly.
